Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon collars

  • 3/4 cup Asian BBQ sauce of choice

  • 1 tbsp green onions chopped (green end)

Directions

  • Cut the fins off each salmon collar as they will just burn on the grill. Place all of the collars in bowl and cover with the BBQ sauce (save a little sauce for basting). Marinate for at least 1-2 hours.
  • Heat your grill to 375 degrees direct. Place the collars flesh side down for 2 minutes. Flip the collars over and grill for 3-4 minutes until flaky (baste with more BBQ sauce during the last 2 minutes).
  • Remove from the grill, dust with the green onions, and dig in. It's better to eat them with your hands. I like to refer to them as "seafood chicken wings".
